Horses Stranded in San Jose Floodwaters Reunited With Owners

The first horse rescued on Thursday, Brownie, was safely reunited with its owner after crews helped the animal cross a river. Horses that have been rescued are being held at two locations: Hope Ranch in Almaden and the South Bay Horse Ranch in Gilroy.
